Terms and Conditions
I. Payment & Process
‣ I prefer one full payment right before I send the GDrive Link of the high-resolution illustration through my PayPal account.
‣ Expected turnaround time is 4-10 days upon starting the commission.
‣ Work is completed on a first-come, first-served basis unless a Rush Fee is applied.II. Revisions
‣ I allow unlimited modifications during the sketch phase.
‣ Once coloring has begun, changes may be subject to my refusal or additional fees based on complexity of request.III. Usage Rights
‣ I, the artist, grant the use for personal purposes.
‣ I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media.
‣ Large-scale, commercial-use projects will have an accordingly prepared contract.IV. Refunds & Cancellations
‣ By Artist: If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, a 100% refund will be issued.
‣ By Client: If the commission is cancelled by the client after work has started, payment is still due based on how far along I am in the drawing process.
